Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Support Executive should communicate between the company and the customer in the right way.
  • Inbound calls, email and uninterrupted service will be provided.
  • Answer the customer’s technical complaint.
  • The candidate should have a clear idea about the company’s services/products and the detailed price.
  • Candidates need to know about the methods and procedures offered.
  • Customer Care Executive will create customer satisfaction and relationships.

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any topic. MBA will be given preference.
